A: Vereburn Medical does not have a store front at this time, and due to safety regulations only staff are allowed in the warehouse area.
Due to Covid-19 Public Health Restrictions, we are not currently open to the general public, but we do offer curbside pickup. An order must be in our system and prepaid prior to pickup.
A: Vereburn Medical is able to ship product to any province or territory within Canada. At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada
A: No, there is not a minimum order value.
A: All products on our website will show “In Stock” or “Out of Stock”. Customer service will also email you an order confirmation within 1 business day of the order being submitted and will inform you of any backordered or special order items.
A: A Special Order item is a non-stock item, and is not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have ordered a Special Order item and need to cancel/change your order, please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of submitting your order.

Special Order products can take 6-8 weeks to arrive, depending on availability from our suppliers.
