How To Return An Item
In order to return an item, you must obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Form issued from our Customer Service department. The item must be in its original, unused condition and it must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. The RGA form and original receipt must be included in your package.
All items are subject to a 10 – 30% restocking fee. This will be outlined on your RGA Form, and will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling cost.
If your item is in the original packaging and unused, this may be exchanged within 30 days for another product if approved by management.
Special Order Product
Items that are considered Special Order cannot be returned. This will be stated in the item’s description on our website, and you will be notified of these conditions upon purchase.
If your product arrives visibly damaged, the courier of your shipment must be made aware and will mark your package accordingly. We will not be able to assist you with making a claim through the shipping company otherwise.
If you open your shipment and the items inside are damaged or missing, you must contact our customer service department at email@example.com to make a claim within 5 business days of your shipment’s arrival.
Vereburn holds the right to refuse refunds, exchanges or damages that do not meet these criteria at anytime.
